All payment methods are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion—especially in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of our Terms.
By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including any related fees.
Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Receiving an order number or confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted or finalized. A sale is only considered complete once your items have shipped. Big Canyon Pet Food may, without prior notice, limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We may also require additional information to verify your order before processing.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Products are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Big Canyon gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They do not expire and have no fees. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards or combined with certain promotions.
Promotions, Discounts, and Loyalty Programs
We may offer promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs from time to time. Promo codes are subject to change, cancellation, or expiration. This means you waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action, representative action, or collective proceeding. Certain legal rights—such as access to discovery—may also be more limited in arbitration than in court.

This arbitration agreement applies to any dispute or claim between you and Big Canyon Pet Food, including those related to:

Arbitration Location
You may choose to have the arbitration conducted in Los Angeles County, California, or remotely via phone, video, or written submissions.
Pre-Arbitration Notice Requirement
Before filing for arbitration, the initiating party must provide 60 days’ written notice to the other party, including a description of the dispute and any supporting documents. Notices to Big Canyon Pet Food should be sent to [insert legal email address]. During this period, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue informally. Arbitration may only proceed after this step is completed and certified.
Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Neither you nor Big Canyon Pet Food may bring a claim as part of a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator has no authority to hear such claims. If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of the arbitration agreement will still apply.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
Force Majeure
Big Canyon is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
Product Resale and Export Restrictions
Products purchased on the Platform are intended for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being for resale. Products are intended for use in the United States, and we may cancel orders if we suspect export or resale outside the U.S.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

Term and Termination
These Terms of Use remain in effect for as long as you continue to access or use the Big Canyon Pet Food website. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently disable your access to the site and/or your Big Canyon account at any time and for any reason—including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms or if we have reason to believe you are under the age of 18.
