Refund policy

Please report any issues within 2 weeks about any issues with your order.

If you have any issues with your Big Canyon order, please contact us at CustomerService@BigCanyonPet.com. Please let us know your order number, contact information and what happened so we can determine what remedies are available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

To qualify, please reach out after at least 7 days of feeding and within 30 days of delivery. We’d be happy to issue a refund for the cost of your order, excluding shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping, we’ll simply deduct the shipping cost that Big Canyon incurred.

If you don't want to keep the food, you can donate it to a local shelter! We believe in giving back and making a positive impact. And hey, if something didn't go quite right with your order, please let us know. We value your feedback and want to ensure we're always improving.

Note, we have the right to refuse a Money Back Guarantee at our discretion if there appears to be situations where a customer is taking advantage of our policy.
